二、輸油泵機(jī)組變頻調(diào)速節(jié)能技術(shù)原理
根據(jù)離心泵的特性,其工況的調(diào)節(jié)主要是調(diào)節(jié)流量,而離心泵調(diào)節(jié)流量常用的兩種方法一是通過調(diào)節(jié)泵出口閥的開度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),另一種則是通過改變離心泵的轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),前者雖然調(diào)節(jié)方便,但造成能源浪費(fèi)巨大;通過對(duì)輸油泵電機(jī)的變頻改變電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,來實(shí)現(xiàn)輸油泵的工況調(diào)節(jié),是因滿足工藝運(yùn)行條件下的一條可行的技術(shù)途徑。
由以上離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速改變前后的關(guān)系式方知,如果離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速有很小的降低,則離心泵所需的輸入功率會(huì)大幅度地降低,從而產(chǎn)生明顯的節(jié)能效果,離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速降低在額定轉(zhuǎn)速20%以內(nèi)時(shí),離心泵的特性曲線的形狀與原來相似,如圖1所當(dāng)離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速由n降為n1時(shí),其特性曲線為與原曲線平行的一條曲線,設(shè)原管路特性曲線為R,R與H-Q(n)相交于A點(diǎn),A即為原工況點(diǎn)。在變頻狀態(tài)下,離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速為n1時(shí),其特性曲線為H1-Q1(n1),由于此時(shí)泵出口閥被全開,管路特性曲線變?yōu)檩^為平坦的R1(n1),此時(shí)R1(n1)與H1-Q1(n1)交于A1點(diǎn),即為新的工況點(diǎn),此時(shí)Q1=Q,即保持離心泵排量不變,但泵的揚(yáng)程由H減少為H1,因此在保證滿足輸油量的情況下,通過削減離心泵楊程節(jié)約的能量為HAA1H1的面積。這就是離心輸油泵變頻節(jié)能的原理。
三、高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的選擇
目前,6KV高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)處于技術(shù)發(fā)展階段,其基本原理均為通過“交一直一交”的逆變過程,通過改變電機(jī)定子的電壓頻率從而改變電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速。高壓電機(jī)調(diào)速的方式從技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑上又可分為“高一低一高”、“高一高”、“IGBT直接串聯(lián)”等幾種方式。其中“高一低一高”方案中需多一級(jí)升壓變壓器,設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)龐大,系統(tǒng)效率相對(duì)較低,屬于落后淘汰技術(shù)?!案咭桓摺胺绞街苯硬捎?KV電壓輸入,6KV輸出無須升壓變壓器,系統(tǒng)效率相對(duì)較高,目前該形式變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用較多?!癐GBT直接串聯(lián)”型變頻器采用1700V高壓IGBT原件,具有元件數(shù)量少,占地空間小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但由于IGBT元件直接串聯(lián)從技術(shù)性能等方面尚不成熟,在技術(shù)上帶有的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性。通過充分調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外各種6KV變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況和進(jìn)行各種變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性能論證,選用北京利德華福公司生產(chǎn)的HARSVERT-A06/076型高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于南一油庫2#輸油泵機(jī)組上。
