聚合物乳液用作涂料、粘合劑、化纖織物、皮革、紙張等表面的處理劑時(shí)，它的成膜性是重要的技術(shù)指標(biāo)之一。研究者為了制造出更低成膜溫度的新產(chǎn)品來，不斷地改進(jìn)其技術(shù)規(guī)范和配方。因此檢測(cè)出低成膜溫度(MFT)是此類涂料的重要指標(biāo)，能夠方便的測(cè)出MFT的理想儀器。MFT型低成膜溫度測(cè)定儀是依據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB9267-2008而設(shè)計(jì)制造的，它是新一代漆膜測(cè)試儀，具有國(guó)內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)測(cè)試儀器的諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，又融合了臺(tái)式、節(jié)能、超寬工作臺(tái)、測(cè)溫準(zhǔn)確等優(yōu)點(diǎn)于一體，成為同類儀器之佼佼者。本手冊(cè)中的所有圖片和產(chǎn)品規(guī)格參數(shù)僅供參考，實(shí)際產(chǎn)品可能會(huì)略有差異，恕不另行通知。

When polymer emulsion is used as coating, binder, chemical fiber, fabric, leather, paper and other surface treatment agent, its film forming property is one of the important technical indexes. Therefore, the detection of the minimum film forming temperature (MFT) is an important indicator of this kind of coating, and it can conveniently measure the ideal instrument of MFT. 四、使用方法

Four, the use of methods

打開包裝箱，（包裝箱可以反復(fù)利用，請(qǐng)妥善保管，以便以后維修運(yùn)輸之用）檢查一下有無破損短缺現(xiàn)象。核實(shí)后，將儀器安放在試驗(yàn)室靠近上下水之處，先做一下清潔工作。然后查看電源輸入，進(jìn)出水口接牢無誤。

Open the packing box (the packing box can be used again and again, please keep it for future maintenance and transportation). Check for any breakage. After verification, put the instrument in the laboratory, near the upper and lower parts of the water, do some cleaning work first. Then check the power input and make sure the inlet and outlet are secure.

使用前的準(zhǔn)備工作：

★開機(jī)：

Boot:

將電源線接入電源插座（220 伏，50Hz 三孔插座，接地良好），接通冷卻水，依次接通總電源開關(guān)、加熱、巡檢、制冷開關(guān)，儀器面板立即顯示出相應(yīng)動(dòng)作（指示燈亮，數(shù)顯表顯示數(shù)字）。

★調(diào)試儀表：

根據(jù)所測(cè)試漆膜條件不同，需設(shè)置不同測(cè)試條件。主要是制冷和加熱預(yù)置（設(shè)置方法見 LU-906M 智能調(diào)節(jié)器使用說明書），巡檢表在出廠前已調(diào)好，一般情況下不需調(diào)整。

★熱平衡：

時(shí)間約在 120 分鐘左右（視設(shè)定溫度而定，若發(fā)現(xiàn)巡檢表在時(shí)間內(nèi) 1 ～ 13 各點(diǎn)顯示穩(wěn)定或變化極小即為預(yù)熱完成）方可加入試樣。平衡時(shí)間取決于低溫度設(shè)定，溫度設(shè)定越低，平衡時(shí)間則越長(zhǎng)。干燥劑同時(shí)放入盒中，可以大限度避免水蒸氣以及冷端結(jié)冰。

五、樣品準(zhǔn)備

取下玻璃罩用小勺或滴管將待測(cè)和已知乳液注入梯度板槽內(nèi)，再用涂布器涂平，蓋好玻璃罩。（玻璃制品，請(qǐng)輕拿輕放）

Remove the glass cover, use a spoon or dropper to inject the tested and known emulsion into the gradient plate trough, then coat it with a coater and cover the glass cover. (glass, please handle with care.)

★樣品成膜：

大約經(jīng)過 60 ～ 90 分鐘，梯度板上的涂層發(fā)生一系列的變化，乳膠漆用乳液水分蒸發(fā)后，聚合物分子相互作用，在適當(dāng)溫度下形成連續(xù)薄膜，高于該乳液 MFT 的部分成膜透明，低于 MFT 的部分發(fā)生龜裂或產(chǎn)生白堊現(xiàn)象。這個(gè)明顯的分界線即為該乳液的低成膜溫度（MFT）確定成膜線后，根據(jù)其位置，用標(biāo)尺的細(xì)分刻度計(jì)算出準(zhǔn)確溫度。

六、注意事項(xiàng)及使用技巧

★儀器放置在通風(fēng)明亮的實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)，勿受潮濕。儀器不用時(shí)須罩上塑料罩，保持干凈。

★電源要求：220 伏，50Hz，＞ 400W，三孔插座，接地良好。

★環(huán)境要求：溫度 23±2℃，相對(duì)濕度<85%，無陽(yáng)光直射，無振動(dòng)的環(huán)境。

★水源要求：無雜質(zhì)，純凈自來水，須保持流暢。

★測(cè)試條件主要是制冷和加熱的設(shè)定。制冷主要影響低溫端工作，以第一點(diǎn)要求為準(zhǔn)。加熱主要影響高溫端工作，以第十三點(diǎn)要求為準(zhǔn)。盡量減小冷熱差，即節(jié)能，又可提高分辨率，
