Vickers威格士EEAPAM535D32EN3一般故障分析及排除方法見下表：故障現(xiàn)象原因分析解決方法流速顯示不正常數(shù)據(jù)劇烈變化傳感器安裝在管道振動大的地方或改變流態(tài)裝置（如調(diào)節(jié)閥、泵、縮流孔的下游）將傳感器裝在遠離振動源的地方或改變流態(tài)裝置的上游讀數(shù)不正確1傳感器裝在水平管道的頂部和底部，頂部的氣泡和底部的沉淀物干擾超聲波信號。傳感器裝在水流向下的管道上，管內(nèi)未充滿流體。將傳感器裝在管道兩側(cè)2將傳感器裝在充滿流體的管段上。讀數(shù)不正確1使流態(tài)強烈波動的裝置如：文氏管、孔板、渦街、渦輪或部分關(guān)閉的閥門，正好在傳感器發(fā)射和接收的范圍內(nèi)，使讀數(shù)不準確。流量計輸入管徑與管道內(nèi)徑不匹配。將傳感器裝在遠離上述裝置的地方，傳感器上游距上述裝置3D，下游距上述裝置1D。修改管徑，使之匹配。傳感器是好的，但流速低或沒有流速1由于管道外的油漆、鐵銹未清除干凈。管道面凹凸不平或安裝在焊縫處。管道圓度不好，內(nèi)表面不光滑，有管襯式結(jié)垢。若管材為鑄鐵管，則有可能出現(xiàn)此情況。被測介質(zhì)為純凈物或固體懸浮物過低。傳感器安裝纖維玻璃的管道上。傳感器安裝在套管上，則會削弱超聲波信號。傳感器與管道耦合不好，耦合面有縫隙或氣泡。重新清除管道，安裝傳感器。將管道磨平或遠離焊縫處。選擇鋼管等內(nèi)表面光滑管道材質(zhì)或無管襯的地方。選用適合的其它類型儀表將玻璃纖維除去。將傳感器移到無套管的管段部位上。重新安裝耦合劑。當控制閥門部分關(guān)閉或降低流量時讀數(shù)反會增加傳感器裝的過于靠近控制閥，當部分關(guān)閉閥門時流量計測量的實際是控制閥門縮徑流速提高的流速，因口徑縮小而流速增加。
