一、基本結(jié)構(gòu)與原理

軸端結(jié)構(gòu):軸端帶鍵槽,在靜止期間或系統(tǒng)停用時,若要保持軸沒有間隙,可以訂購帶有保持制動器的伺服電機。其永磁制動器是連續(xù)的表面單元,靠永磁場力產(chǎn)生制動效果(系統(tǒng)以電磁方式打開),保持制動器工作原理是永·磁場由電磁場補償以抵消制動效果,鋼彈簧確保無制動力矩的可靠釋放且制動力矩與安裝位置無關(guān),除軸向成熟運動無摩擦外,還提供無齒隙的制動扭矩傳輸。

二、電氣特性

輸入輸出特性

具有8個雙向浮動輸入/輸出(可在PLC配置中配置)。

通過兩個M12連接器(8針)連接,每個連接器具有4個輸入/輸出。

有浮動內(nèi)部電源,輸出總電流高達0.1A用于8個輸入/輸入;當使用外部電源電壓時,8個輸出的·大總輸出電流為2A,且每個輸出的·大輸出電流為0.5A。

具備輸出短路檢測和開路檢測功能,還有兩個具有特殊功能的輸入(觸摸探針、計數(shù)器)。

三、在系統(tǒng)中的應用及注意事項

與伺服放大器配合

在控制和調(diào)節(jié)電機時,iSH100/30058/0/0/00/0/00/01/00伺服電機通過整流將電源電壓存儲在伺服放大器的直流總線中,儲存的電力經(jīng)六個半導體開關(guān)·確開關(guān)后提供給電機。

由于電壓急劇增加/減少對電動機繞組介電強度有相當大要求,并且要考慮與其他系統(tǒng)組件的電磁兼容性(EMC),因為時鐘電壓的高變化率會產(chǎn)生高強度諧波直至高頻范圍。

為避免由于電磁場導致的系統(tǒng)故障,在安裝過程中,要為高頻操作選擇具有·低電阻的接地選項(如開關(guān)柜中未上漆的子板);提供盡可能大的接觸表面積(皮膚效應);必要時移除現(xiàn)有層(油漆)以建立電接觸;以星形配置將接地從中央接地點布置到相應連接;僅使用屏蔽電纜;勿通過連接器的PIN觸點連接屏蔽;遵守電路建議;將電機電纜縮短至·小長度;避免在開關(guān)柜中鋪設(shè)電纜回路;在沒有適當干擾抑制時,不要與電子控制器一起切換電感負載,交流活動期間使用用于直流操作的恢復二極管和基于保護器類型的行業(yè)標準淬火電路。

1. Basic structure and principles

Shaft end structure: The shaft end has a keyway. To keep the shaft free of play during standstill or when the system is shut down, the servo motor can be ordered with a holding brake. 3. Application and precautions in the system

Cooperate with servo amplifier

To avoid system failures due to electromagnetic fields, during installation, choose the grounding option with the lowest resistance for high-frequency operation (e.g. unpainted sub-panels in switch cabinets); provide the largest possible contact surface area (skin effect) ;Remove existing layers (paint) if necessary to establish electrical contact;Route grounds in a star configuration from the central ground point to the corresponding connection;Use only shielded cables;Do not connect the shield via the PIN contacts of the connector;Observe circuit recommendations ; Shorten the motor cables to a minimum length; Avoid laying cable loops in the switch cabinet; Do not switch inductive loads together with electronic controllers without appropriate interference suppression, use recovery diodes for DC operation and based protectors during AC activity Type of industry standard quenching circuit.
